SAN FRANCISCO - Arizona's unusually restrictive abortion law got a hostile reception Monday at oral argument before the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
Although the judges were skeptical, further appeals likely remain before there is a final ruling on the constitutionality of a state law banning abortions beginning at 20 weeks of pregnancy.
