VC investing decreased in the third quarter, report shows

Venture capital investing decreased 12 percent in dollars and 5 percent in number of deals compared to the previous quarter, according to a report released last week by Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP.

Venture capital investing decreased 12 percent in dollars and 5 percent in number of deals compared to the previous quarter, according to a report released last week by Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP that detailed third quarter market trends in mergers and acquisitions and financing activity.
