MoFo aids in $20.1 billion purchase of majority interest in Sprint
In the largest foreign acquisition ever for a Japanese company, Tokyo-based telecommunications company Softbank Corp. purchased 70 percent of Sprint Nextel for a titanic $20.1 billion.
