Grocery warehouse company Smart & Final Holdings Corp. announced Thursday it will be sold to Ares Management LLC for $975 million.
Proskauer Rose LLP represented Los Angeles-based investment adviser Ares Management with a team led by Los Angeles partner Michael A. Woronoff and New York partner Daniel I. Ganitsky.
