Carothers DiSante & Freudenberger LLP Irvine Specialty: employment law and wage-and-hour class-action defense


Freudenberger obtained the reversal of a $15 million judgment against a class of business banking officers in an overtime misclassification class action, along with having the class decertified.


According to Freudenberger, it was the first known California appellate decision reviewing a trial verdict on liability in an overtime misclassification class action. Duran v. U.S. Bank National Association, 203 Cal.App.4th 212 (2012).
