Katten Can Be Sued in Fraud Claim

Lawyers at Katten Muchin Rosenman in Los Angeles will have to answer to conspiracy and fraud charges over the sale of assets of a software imaging company, Motion Graphix, following the founder's death, a state appellate panel ruled Friday in reversing a trial judge.
