William Stephen Bonnheim, 65, Palm Desert (Sept. 9) - Bonnheim was suspended for two years and placed on four years' probation for failing to maintain client funds in trust, misappropriation of client settlement funds and engaging in acts of moral turpitude, dishonesty or corruption. Bonnheim remains suspended until he provides proof of his rehabilitation, fitness to practice, learning and ability in the law.
