DISBARMENTS

Evans, 63, Walnut Creek (July 19) - Evans was disbarred for engaging in the unauthorized practice of law, engaging in acts of moral turpitude, dishonesty or corruption, failing to cooperate and participate in a State Bar investigation, failing to comply with conditions to a previous order of discipline and failing to comply with Rule 9.20 of the Rules of Court.
