Group seeks regulations to protect birds from wind turbines

Seeking to rein in bird deaths from wind turbines, Virginia-based nonprofit American Bird Conservancy petitioned the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service on Wednesday to draft regulations to protect birds from the growing number of wind farms.
