Indictments handed down in real estate case

Federal court officials unsealed an indictment Wednesday charging several real estate investors and an auctioneer in a conspiracy to rig public foreclosure bids as part of a widening real estate fraud probe in Northern California.

The U.S. District Court in Sacramento unsealed an indictment charging four real estate investors and an auctioneer in a conspiracy to rig public foreclosure bids as part of a widening real estate fraud investigation in Northern California.
