Airbnb Inc., a San Francisco-based vacation rental share service, recently hired its first general counsel.
Belinda J. Johnson confirmed on Friday that she has been appointed the company's general counsel after more than 12 years at Yahoo Inc.
Founded in 2008, Airbnb is an online service that helps people find rentals and short-term stays while on vacation.
