Howard Rice merges with Arnold & Porter
San Francisco-based Howard Rice Nemerovski Canady Falk & Rabkin PC is joining with international law firm Arnold & Palmer LLP, the firms announced Tuesday.

Arnold & Porter LLP and Howard Rice Nemerovski Canady Falk & Rabkin PC announced Tuesday plans to merge, a deal that catapults Howard Rice from a single-office, 80-lawyer San Francisco firm into a global powerhouse and gives Arnold & Porter the significant Bay Area presence it sought for some time.
