Bryan Cave acquires Holme Roberts
Business and litigation firm Bryan Cave LLP, which employs more than 1,000 lawyers and consultants in 25 offices worldwide, has officially acquired Denver-based Holme Roberts & Owen LLP, according to sources inside both firms.

Business and litigation firm Bryan Cave LLP has acquired Denver-based Holme Roberts & Owen LLP, expanding both full-service shops' presences in California. Their practices will effectively combine Jan. 1, after both firms work out details behind integration.
