Prop. 14 faces more legal challenges: Is the party over?
Proposition 14 faces yet another challenge, this time involving the ballot access rights of minor parties. By Jessica A. Levinson of Loyola Law School
In June of 2010, voters passed Proposition 14, the open primary, top-two election law. Since that time a number of lawsuits have been filed seeking to overturn it.
