Judge rejects Apple's bid for injunction against Samsung
A federal judge has rejected Apple Inc.'s bid for a preliminary injunction barring Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. from selling several smart phones and tablet manufacturers that the company says infringe several of its patents.
