Heller settles with D.C. landlord
The Heller Ehrman LLP estate reached a settlement last week with one of its two Washington, D.C. landlords.

The Heller Ehrman LLP estate reached a settlement last week with one of its two Washington, D.C. landlords, MEPT St. Matthews LLC, over unpaid rent and related damages.
The agreement revises the landlord's $7.2 million unsecured claim down to $5.1 million. The Heller estate will pay out $1.5 million immediately, consistent with the distributions it made to other unsecured creditors in September equaling 30 percent of their c...
