Beverly Hills medical office building refinanced for $12 million
A 53,058-square-foot medical office building at 8641 Wilshire Blvd. in Beverly Hills was refinanced for $12 million. Robert Hervey of Northmarq Capital arranged financing for the undisclosed borrower based on a 10-year term and a 25-year amortization schedule through NorthMarq Capital's relationship with the lender, Principle Real Estate Investors.
