David Henry Southworth, 61, San Francisco (Aug. 15) - Southworth was disbarred after being found guilty of murder in Texas.
In January 1982, Southworth was convicted of murder, a violation of former Texas Penal Code Section 19.02(a)(2), a felony and was sentenced to 20 years confinement. The State Bar of California learned about the conviction in 2010. In December 2010, Southworth was placed on interim suspension.
