A women's shoe store paid $9 million for a 131,420-square-foot industrial building in City of Industry.
Adam Dzierzynski, vice president, and Dennis Keane, senior associate of Lee & Associates, handled brokerage services on behalf of the buyer, JP Original. Erik Larsen and Robin Dodson of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Unilever.
