Landmarks to Come?

In a presidential election year, this could well be a term for the ages at the U.S. Supreme Court.

Supreme Court watchers and the SCOTUS blogosphere are abuzz over the coming term. The excitement, however, is not about what's on the docket; the anticipation swirls around the cases that are likely to arrive in time to be decided before next June.
