Judge fights request to remove Heller matters from his court

The cases at issue are disputes between the Heller estate and the firms that scooped up Heller's former shareholders.

A federal bankruptcy judge on Wednesday asked the Northern District to deny attorneys' requests to transfer several lawsuits related to the Heller Ehrman LLP liquidation out of his control.
