The federal Environmental Protection Agency ordered aerospace company Aerojet to spend $60 million to clean up contaminated groundwater at a Superfund site outside of Sacramento on Wednesday.
The company, which has manufactured rocket engines and various industrial chemicals at the site since 1953, must contain a 27-square-mile area of polluted underground water and clean 25 million gallons of water per day. EPA officials ho...
