Disciplinary Actions

SUSPENSIONS


Joseph Trenk, 56, Van Nuys (April 27) - Trenk was suspended for 90 days and placed on three years' probation for engaging in the unauthorized practice of law and failing to comply with conditions to a previous order of discipline.


In March 2002, Trenk was found culpable of attorney misconduct in seven client matters and was suspended for 75 days and placed on three years' probation for failing to perform legal services ...
