The San Diego firm known as Chapin Fitzgerald Sullivan LLP changed its name to Chapin Fitzgerald Sullivan & Bottini LLP after adding Frank A. Bottini as partner. Bottini, a securities litigator, negotiated a $62.5 million partial settlement in the Madoff "Feeder Fund" case. He left a firm he co-founded, Johnson Bottini LLP.
