MRI Dyes Pose Health Risk
Peter Gerber and his wife, Miriam are among at least 550 plaintiffs who have sued the top manufacturers of the MRI dyes for allegedly failing to warn of the health risks.

Peter Gerber could hardly be called lucky. But the 74-year-old may be fortunate enough to see his case against drug makers go to trial before his skin turns to stone.
Gerber has a rare and incurable disease that causes painful thickening of the skin. The swelling can break bones, burst internal organs, and may lead to his death.
