DISBARMENTS

Karl Bloomfield, 62, San Diego (Sept. 29) - Bloomfield was disbarred after being found culpable in five counts of misconduct in three client matters by engaging in acts of moral turpitude, corruption or dishonesty, failing to perform legal services with competence, failing to promptly release a client file on termination of employment and failing to cooperate with two State Bar investigations.
