Dole Lawyers Cleared of Wrongdoing
The California State Bar has decided not to file ethics charges against three attorneys for Dole Food Co. who were accused of bribing a key witness in a long-running toxic tort case.

LOS ANGELES - The State Bar has declined to file ethics charges against three prominent attorneys for Dole Food Co. who were accused of bribing a key witness in a long-running toxic tort case, the Daily Journal has learned.
