New Management at Meyers Nave
Oakland-based public agency law firm Meyers Nave Riback Silver & Wilson announced David Skinner will assume leadership as the managing principal in 2011. Skinner, who will be the firm's third managing partner in its 24-year history, replaces Jayne Williams. He has worked at Meyers Nave since joining the firm as an associate in 1991. Skinner graduated from UC Hastings College of the Law.
