Settlement of $677 Million Verdict Benefits Class Members

Shrinking what was believed to be the single largest jury award in U.S. this year, Skilled Healthcare, Inc. has agreed to pay $50 million to settle a lawsuit that earned it a punishing $677 million jury verdict.

Shrinking what was believed to be the single largest jury award in U.S. this year, nursing home chain Skilled Healthcare Inc. agreed to pay $50 million to settle a lawsuit over staffing requirements that earned it a punishing $677 million jury verdict in July.
