Toyota MDL Suit Grows

The multi-district litigation against Toyota Motor Corp. over sudden unintended acceleration problems just got bigger, with a tentative ruling that foreign plaintiffs seeking damages, including consumers in China, Egypt, South Africa and elsewhere, can litigate in the U.S.
