Former Court Commissioner Indicted

Former Superior Court Commissioner Antonio Luna has been indicted for depositing tens of thousands of dollars in cash as part of an alleged "structuring" scheme.

LOS ANGELES - A former Superior Court commissioner was indicted on charges he deposited tens of thousands of dollars in cash using a scheme that enabled large bank deposits to be made in a way to evade federal currency reporting requirements.
