SAN FRANCISCO - A U.S. magistrate judge on Wednesday ordered the Federal Bureau of Investigation to hold on to the remnants of two bombs while he decides whether an environmental activist - who was injured by one of the bombs in 1990 - has the right to insist on the evidence's preservation.
