SAN DIEGO - A showdown is set at the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals next month over challenges to the city of San Diego's campaign finance law.
The case, which pits the city against political and business interests, is being watched closely by municipalities, including a number in California facing their own campaign finance law challenges.
