Landlord Douglas Emmett Inc. secured a law firm and a legal consulting company for its 10-story office building at 8383 Wilshire Blvd.

Castle & Associates and Trial Partners together leased a total of 12,588 square feet of space in the Beverly Hills building for a total transaction value of $3.2 million.
