'Fascinating' Prop 8 Trial Ends
The trial over the constitutionality of Proposition 8 drew to a close Wednesday, and, to mark the occasion, Chief Judge Vaughn R. Walker came down from his bench to shake hands with the attorneys on each side, thanking them for a "fascinating case."
