Four short months after his September hire as general counsel, Jon Sobel has ceased work at the high-profile Silicon Valley electric sports car maker Tesla Motors Inc.

Four short months after his September hire as general counsel, Jon Sobel has ceased to work at the high-profile Silicon Valley electric sports car maker Tesla Motors Inc.
The contact phone number he lists on the California State Bar Web site leads to Marcus D, the assistant program director and a disc-jockey at the radio station Alice 97.3. But Marcus D says he doesn't know Sobel....
