Thelen Class Action Dismissed

The former employees of San Francisco-based law firm Thelen voluntarily dismissed an $18 million class action lawsuit this week against former partners and some of their new employers.

The former employees of San Francisco-based law firm Thelen voluntarily dismissed an $18 million class action lawsuit this week against former partners and five of the law firms that hired them.

U.S. District Court Judge Samuel Conti dismissed the case as it related to the five firms in November; he approved the voluntary dismissal of the entire case on Tuesday.
