Gunderson Aids AdMob Sale

Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian helped guide the sale of AdMob, a San Mateo mobile advertising company, to Google Inc. in an all-stock deal valued at $750 million.

SAN JOSE Anthony McCusker, a partner at Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian, had what he described as a "bittersweet" moment as he guided the sale of AdMob Inc., a San Mateo-based private company that runs a mobile advertising network, to Google Inc.
