Toyota Seeks to Transfer Cases to L.A.

Attorneys representing Toyota Motor Corp. have asked a federal judge in Texas to transfer 17 rollover lawsuits, which plaintiffs' counsel are trying to reopen claiming destruction of evidence, to Los Angeles federal court.
