Qualcomm Lied, Say Ex-Lawyers
Lawyers fighting sanctions for failing to disclose documents in a patent suit against Broadcom Corp. said Monday that client Qualcomm lied to them.

SAN JOSE Qualcomm Inc.'s former lawyers, fighting against a sanctions order for failing to disclose thousands of key documents in a patent infringement lawsuit against Broadcom Corp., said Monday their client lied to them.
