Elan Melamid of California State University of Northridge says restoring funds to children services is not enough.
John Burton and Miriam Aroni Krinsky are completely correct -- Governor Schwartzenegger's recent action to cut $124 million from services to support children in foster care or at risk of placement is "morally wrong...[and] fiscally unsound."
