Joseph Francis McGrew, 52, Oakland (Jan. 26) - McGrew was disbarred after being found culpable in four matters by failing to obey the laws of California when he practiced law while on suspension, engaging in acts of moral turpitude and failing to comply with conditions to disciplinary orders in 2005 and a 2007.
