OC Appellate Court Moves Forward After All
Orange County's appellate justices will get new digs after all. In December, a little-known state panel called the Pooled Money Investment Board froze funds for 1,985 state construction projects, including the new Santa Ana courthouse for Division Three of the 4th District Court of Appeal.
