MGA Tried to Collect Fees On Bratz Dolls
MGA Entertainment Inc.’s rights to the Bratz dolls may be in limbo, but that didn’t keep the Van Nuys-based company from trying to collect half a million dollars in licensing fees from a British bicycle maker, according to a recently filed lawsuit that added yet another dimension to the ongoing tug-of-war over the edgy, pouty-lipped franchise.
