U.S. High Court Agrees to Take State Superfund Case
The U.S. Supreme Court will decide to what extent courts can apportion the cost of cleaning up Superfund sites among different parties after it accepted review Wednesday of a recent 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals case.

WASHINGTON - The U.S. Supreme Court will decide to what extent courts can apportion the cost of cleaning up Superfund sites among different parties after it accepted review Wednesday of a recent 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals case.
