RIVERSIDE - Lawyers for Mattel have asked a federal judge to bar rival toymaker MGA Entertainment from continuing to make or sell the popular Bratz dolls.
Mattel also asked U.S. District Judge Stephen G. Larson to make MGA stop using the Bratz name on its products. And the company wants a court order specifying that Mattel owns the Bratz concept and merchandise.
