Judge Dodged Recall but Not Watchdog Agency
Sacramento Judge Peter J. McBrien was recently the subject of a recall effort led by angry litigants. Now, he's in trouble with the state's judicial watchdog agency, accused of, among other things, denying a man a fair trial in his divorce, then getting him fired.
