Heller Shareholders Will Vote Today on Firm's Dissolution
Following months of speculation about Heller Ehrman's fate, firm chairman Matt Larrabee announced that shareholders will vote today on whether to dissolve the firm, according to several sources with knowledge of the decision.

SAN FRANCISCO - Following months of speculation about Heller Ehrman's fate, firm chairman Matt Larrabee announced that shareholders will vote today on whether to dissolve the firm, according to several sources with knowledge of the decision.
