LOS ANGELES - A Hollywood trial lawyer who fought in court for the likes of Robin Williams, Sylvester Stallone, John Fogerty, Mick Jagger and the band Slayer has died of pneumonia after a long battle with a form of Lou Gehrig's disease. He was 65.
