Dechert, Morgan Will Probe Kozinski
Federal judges on the East Coast investigating 9th Circuit Chief Judge Alex Kozinski's conduct have hired national law firms Dechert and Morgan Lewis & Bockius to aid in the probe.

SAN FRANCISCO - Federal judges on the East Coast investigating Alex Kozinski's conduct have hired national law firms Dechert and Morgan Lewis & Bockius to aid in the probe.
Kozinski, the chief judge of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, in June called for a misconduct inquiry into his own actions following the disclosure of sexually explicit photos on his Web site, alex.kozinski.com.
